Casual Image Designs offers shipping within the United States and Canada as well as most International Countries by the US Postal Service. Our ordering system has real-time integration with this shipping courier and actual shipping charges from this company will be reflected in your order summary.
We currently ship to: most locations in the world, if you don't see your country please contact us for further assistance.
Shipping Carriers: Our carriers are Fedex, UPS, USPS and Canada Post. We use real time integration to help you decide the best rates.
ORDER AND SHIPMENT CONFIRMATIONS
After ordering you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. You will also be notified when your order ships by email.
Find the USPS or Canada Post tracking number in the email we send you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number online at www.fedex.com, www.ups.com, www.usps.com or www.canadapost.ca to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the U.S. Postal Service web site.

Shipping & Handling Charges
There is a small charge for all orders, which would include; item selection, packaging, processing and transport. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift packaging and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping & Handling is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order and subject to the following:
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping is confirmed, if ordered by 4:00 PM (ET).
Two-Day Delivery
Select the two day shipping option in checkout. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping is confirmed, if ordered by 4:00 PM (ET). Please note 2 day orders placed after 12:00 noon (ET) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Bulk or wholesale orders do not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Overnight Delivery
Select overnight delivery in checkout. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping is confirmed, if ordered by 4:00 PM (ET). Please note overnight orders placed after 4:00 PM (ET) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Bulk or wholesale orders may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries
Additional charges will be applicable to the shipping and handling charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipping if ordered by 4:00 PM (ET).
Delivery to post office boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
